Role: Clinical Data Engineer
Location: Remote - USA
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Develop clinical data mapping and transformation specifications.
Work with healthcare data standards including FHIR, HL7, and OMOP.
Map and normalize clinical data using ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm, and SNOMED CT.
Collaborate with data engineering and clinical teams to ensure accurate data transformation and quality.
Document mapping rules, transformation logic, and clinical data models.
Must-Have Skills:
Clinical/Healthcare Data Engineering
Clinical Data Mapping & Transformation
FHIR, HL7, OMOP
ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm, SNOMED CT
Nice to Have:
Databricks / Databricks certification
R or SAS experience
