Project Manager IV, Medical Communications

Brief Description
Works collaboratively and consultatively with clients with minimal supervision
Has a strong understanding of the strategic direction of assigned accounts, along with knowledge of the client-specific disease states, products, and marketplace competition
Provides original and strategic ideas and follows through to achieve client goals
Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with the organization's products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients
Is responsible for assignments to and performance of all team members
Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion
Mentors and onboards project managers
Understands and is able to apply and articulate privacy and compliance guidelines
Leads onsite events and proactively manages vendors to achieve the best results for the client
May sometimes perform tasks or role of the account lead
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and six years of project coordination experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device)

Summary
The Project Manager – Level IV defines, develops, and manages multiple large, concurrent, complex, multidimensional projects and programs with support from other members of Customer Solutions. Responsible for managing scopes and timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and providing ultimate client satisfaction, this individual must be highly efficient and an expert in all facets of project management. The Project Manager – Level IV has earned the respect of clients who rely upon this individual’s knowledge and expertise.
