About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people.
You’ll play an important part in keeping things moving behind the scenes. From scheduling meetings and responding to emails to organizing documents and helping team members with everyday requests, you’ll make sure the small details don’t get overlooked.
The role is varied, so no two days will necessarily look the same. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate well, and step in when something needs to get done.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
Enter information accurately and keep files and databases up to date.
Help coordinate meetings, travel, events, and other team activities.
Order office supplies and help keep everyday office needs organized.
Assist with invoices, expense reports, forms, and other routine paperwork.
Follow up on tasks and requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly.
Help with special projects and other administrative tasks as they come up.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, thoughtful, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
Are organized and naturally pay attention to details.
Communicate clearly and professionally.
Can manage several tasks without losing track of priorities.
Are comfortable working independently and asking questions when you need help.
Follow through and do what you say you’ll do.
Are friendly and comfortable working with different personalities.
Can adapt when priorities change during the day.
Have a good working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Respect confidentiality and understand the importance of handling information carefully.
Bring a helpful, positive attitude to the workplace.
Previous administrative experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. We’re interested in people who are willing to learn, take pride in their work, and genuinely want to be part of a team.
What We Offer
A supportive and respectful work environment.
Training and guidance to help you get comfortable in the role.
Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.
A team where your work is noticed and appreciated.
[Health, dental, and vision benefits]
[Paid time off and holidays]
[Retirement plan]
[Flexible or hybrid work options]
[Other company-specific benefits]
A Little About the Person We’re Looking For
You might be the person who notices that a meeting room needs to be prepared before anyone asks. You remember to follow up on an email, keep things organized when everyone else is busy, and don’t mind helping a teammate who needs an extra hand.
That kind of reliability matters to us.
If you’re someone who likes being useful, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in making other people’s work a little easier, we’d love to hear from you.
