A well-established national defense firm is actively hiring general liability and bodily injury defense attorneys across Southern California, with multiple current openings. The firm handles a broad mix of GL, auto, premises, and bodily injury defense matters for regional and national insurance carriers, offering attorneys real caseload responsibility, full remote flexibility, and a manageable 1,850 billable hour target.

What You Will Do
Manage a variety of general liability and bodily injury defense matters from early case strategy through resolution
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses
Draft and argue motions including summary judgment and discovery motions
Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop case strategy
Who You Are
6-10+ years of litigation experience in general liability, bodily injury, or related insurance defense
Active California Bar license in good standing
Comfortable managing your own caseload independently, fully remote
Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment
Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket
