What You’ll Do:

Email Flow Genius: Design and implement high-converting email campaigns, from automated flows to personalized nurture sequences that turn leads into loyal customers.
Website Optimization Wizardry: Optimize user experiences through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure every visitor counts.

What You Bring:
Proven experience growing e-commerce businesses (CPG, beauty, wellness) with a track record of delivering exceptional conversion rates and revenue growth.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing essentials—media buying, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising via meta, google ads etc.
Expertise in website optimization, including UX design principles, CRO, and tools like Google Analytics, Wicked Reports or Hotjar.
A creative, unconventional mindset—someone who thrives on finding new ways to solve old problems.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pivot strategies for maximum impact.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
