About Mrugal Fashion
Mrugal Fashion is a growing fashion brand focused on comfortable, stylish and contemporary apparel, with a key focus on women’s night suits, nightwear and loungewear.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fashion Design Intern who is passionate about fashion and wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in designing and developing apparel collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing new women’s night suits, nightwear and loungewear.
- Research current fashion, colour, print, fabric and styling trends.
- Create design concepts, sketches and design references.
- Assist with fabric, colour, print and pattern selection.
- Develop creative ideas for new and seasonal collections.
- Assist in preparing designs and specifications for production.
- Coordinate with the production team during sampling and product development.
- Review samples and suggest improvements in design, fit, fabric, print and detailing.
- Maintain design references and collection records.
- Stay updated with current women’s fashion and nightwear trends.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Fashion Design, Apparel Design or Textile Design course/degree.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of colours, fabrics, prints and garment styles.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Interest in women’s fashion, nightwear and loungewear.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalol, Gujarat.
