What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business initiatives.
Assist with research, business development, and strategic projects.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and internal documents.
Research potential clients, industries, competitors, and market opportunities.
Assist in lead generation and client communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to track projects and deliverables.
Help with social media, content, and marketing initiatives when required.
Take ownership of small projects from idea to execution.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and business operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Students or fresh graduates from BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication and written English.
Good research and analytical skills.
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and AI tools.
Curious about startups, digital marketing, business, and entrepreneurship.
Most importantly, a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Stipend: ₹ 8-10K / month
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 15)
Duration: 4-6 months
Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days office + 3 days WFH
