Oracle HCM - Test Lead
Remote

Description
You will lead functional testing efforts for Oracle HCM, owning ERP testing phases for large transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Lead ERP testing phases for large transformation projects.
Conduct QA and Smoke Testing cycles.
Provide functional leadership across in-scope HCM modules.
Facilitate training for testing teams.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience with Fusion HCM testing.
Expertise in HCM Analytics.
Proven experience leading testing as an independent party.
Functional knowledge of HCM modules including Recruiting, Talent & Touchpoints, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Scheduling/Labor Optimization, and HR Service Delivery.
Strong grasp of HCM Analytics.
