Role Description The Legal Executive role at Ramrashi Solutions LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts relevant to the firm’s finance, outsourcing, and compliance operations. The Legal Executive will provide legal advice on various matters, including property law and conveyancing, and ensure that all activities comply with applicable regulations and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling documentation for transactions, maintaining accurate legal records, and supporting the resolution of legal queries. The role also requires staying updated on relevant laws and regulations to minimize legal risks and support business decisions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legal provisions.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and contracts.
Experience providing clear and practical Legal Advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Property Law and hands-on experience with Conveyancing processes and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional legal certifications are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with professional conduct when interacting with clients and partners.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
