We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing / Category Management Manager with 10+ years of experience to support our client’s procurement and strategic sourcing function.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies.
Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and selection.
Manage RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and contracting.
Drive cost optimization, savings, and value creation.
Conduct spend analysis, market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments.
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships.
Manage supplier performance, contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
Identify and mitigate supplier, commercial, and supply-chain risks.
Track category performance, savings, and sourcing KPIs.
Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Requirements
10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or related functions.
Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
Proven experience leading strategic sourcing and category management initiatives.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, spend analysis, and market intelligence.
Experience managing RFP/RFQ and complex sourcing projects.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives.
