Role Summary
SAP ABAP / Tungsten Process Director Consultant will support development, incident resolution, and enhancements across Tungsten Process Director (Cockpit), SAP ABAP, and SAP S/4 HANA environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, experience with SAP transport processes including ChaRM, and collaboration with global support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support Tungsten Process Director (Cockpit), SAP ABAP, and SAP S/4 HANA related development and operations.
Resolve incidents, problems, and enhancements while following SAP technical best practices.
Develop and support ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, IDoc, forms, workflows, BADIs, BAPIs, data dictionary objects, debugging, and LSMW.
Review relevant SAP OSS and Tungsten/Kofax notes to assess applicability and implement required fixes.
Support Procure-to-Pay processes and integrations between SAP, AP Essentials OCR, and Tungsten Process Director.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely delivery and support continuity.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
Strong SAP ABAP development and support experience.
Experience with Tungsten Process Director / Cockpit.
Knowledge of SAP transport process, including ChaRM.
Experience with IDoc, workflows, interfaces, BADIs, BAPIs, debugging, and LSMW.
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and SAP integration touchpoints.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to AP Essentials OCR and its integration with Tungsten Process Director / Cockpit.
Knowledge of e-invoicing process.
Knowledge of AI Tools in day-to-day operations.
Understanding of SAP functional modules and their linkages with ABAP.
Experience working in global support or client-facing environments.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in SAP ABAP development and application support.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through to closure.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
