Job Summary
This position is responsible for designing, testing and implementing new systems/programs/processes and enhancements to existing systems/processes to satisfy business objectives.
Required Job Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to develop good rapport with management in all Luminare Health Benefits locations
Ability to research and learn by contacting other SME’s in the company
Extensive attention to detail with analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to resolve issues and determine solutions with limited management
Self-driven and self-motivated.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

$49,500.00 - $92,800.00
