Role Overview
RS Global Services is expanding our recruitment network and is looking for experienced Technical Recruiters in the US on CONTINGENCY basis who have a proven track record of hiring for early-stage startups.
Our clients are fast-growing startups (seed thru series C) looking to hire exceptional technology talent, including (but not limited to):
• AI/ML Engineers
• Full Stack Engineers
• Backend & Frontend Engineers
• DevOps & Cloud Engineers
• Data Engineers & Data Scientists
• Product and Engineering leadership roles
This is a contingency-based role, technical recruiters earn a competitive payout (commission) for every successful candidate placement.
We're looking for recruiters who can:
Source high-quality technical talent through multiple channels
Conduct effective screening interviews and assess both technical and communication skills
Present well-qualified candidates with their resume and detailed screening notes
Communicate confidently with hiring managers and represent candidates professionally
Manage the recruitment process with speed, transparency, and professionalism
Recruiters from India will have to be flexible to work on US Time Zones
