What will you be doing?
A Front Office All Rounder truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks;
Welcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals
Completing the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems
Welcoming our executive guests in the executive lounge, providing warm and friendly service
Providing support in concierge, managing guest’s luggage and showing guests to their rooms
Managing effectively and efficiently guest requests
Maximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs
