5+ years of hands-on experience in Android development
Strong expertise in Kotlin & Java
Experience with modern Android development, architecture, and best practices
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience in code reviews, performance optimization, and application scalability
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects from development to delivery
