Role Description The HR & Operations Executive role at InstaLaxmi is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves handling day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding support, attendance tracking, and basic payroll and documentation management. The executive will assist in maintaining employee records, supporting performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. On the operations side, the role includes coordinating with internal teams, managing office administration tasks, tracking operational activities, and supporting process improvements. The individual will work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of HR and operational workflows and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Strong HR administration capabilities, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Operational and organizational skills, such as office administration, record-keeping, process coordination, and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using HR or workflow management software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professional relationships.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience or internships in HR or operations will be an added advantage.
Understanding of basic labor regulations and HR best practices, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving company processes.
