Operations Manager – Remote
Location: Australia (Remote)
Salary: AUD $45–$60 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support the efficient delivery of business processes.
This remote position requires someone who can manage priorities, coordinate workflows, maintain accurate operational records, and work effectively with team members across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily operational workflows
Manage priorities, timelines and task allocation
Monitor progress and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately
Maintain operational documentation, records and reports
Coordinate with team members across different functions
Identify operational issues and escalate them when appropriate
Support improvements to internal processes and workflows
Assist with operational reporting and planning
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in operations, coordination, administration or a related field
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Position Details
Pay: AUD $45–$60 per hour
