We’re looking for a Parent Relations Manager who can be the bridge between our institution and our parent community, someone who listens, understands, communicates clearly, and makes parents feel heard and supported.
What will you do
?
-Build and maintain strong relationships with parent
s-Speak with parents regularly and address their queries and concern
s-Communicate confidently through calls, emails, and other channel
s-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of parent concern
s-Track feedback, follow-ups, and important parent communication
s-Contribute to creating a seamless and positive parent & student experienc
e
What are we looking for
?
-2+ years of work experienc
e-Excellent spoken and written Englis
h-Strong communication and interpersonal skill
s-Comfortable speaking with parents and handling sensitive conversation
s-Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriente
d-Strong ownership and follow-up skill
s-Experience in education, edtech, customer experience, parent relations, or relationship management would be an advantag
e
