About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Note: College students are preferred for this role.
Company Description
InfyLearnn is a student-focused training organization dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employability. The company offers two flagship programs: Public Speaking & Communication for school students and Campus to Corporate – The Ultimate Placement Mastery Course for college students. With small batch sizes, experienced corporate trainers, and live interactive sessions, InfyLearnn emphasizes practical skills such as personal branding, interview readiness, and real-world soft skills. Trusted by schools, colleges, and over 1000 students, InfyLearnn focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and job readiness. Its vision is to help every student speak, present, and perform like a leader in academic and corporate environments.
Role Description
The Program Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of InfyLearnn’s flagship training programs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with program schedules, tracking student enrollment and attendance, coordinating communication with students and institutional partners, and maintaining documentation for ongoing and upcoming batches. The intern will help monitor program performance metrics, support basic budgeting and resource allocation activities, and collaborate with trainers and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of live sessions. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to program and project management in an education-focused environment.
What this actually means, day to day:
Coordinating and scheduling regular meetings — with trainers, students, and college partners
Owning the calendar and follow-through for our live sessions and cohorts, end to end
Tracking batch progress, attendance, and feedback, and flagging issues before they become problems
Acting as the connecting point between trainers, marketing, and outreach teams so nothing falls through the cracks
Managing communication with students and partners to keep everyone aligned and informed
Who we're looking for:
Someone from a management background, or genuinely working toward one — BBA, management, or a related field is a strong fit
Someone who wants to grow in program/operations management — this role is designed to teach you how programs are actually run at a founder level, not just observed
Comfortable running meetings, following up, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized without being chased
Strong management and organizational skills — this is the core of the role, not a nice-to-have
Reliable and structured — you don't need to be the loudest person in the room, you need to be the one things don't slip past
The honest part
This is unpaid for the first 3 months, followed by a paid internship once you've proven you can run the role. We're upfront about this because we want someone who takes this seriously as a career step — a real shot at owning program operations for a growing brand — not a side gig.
What you get:
Direct ownership of how our programs run — a real management role, not shadowing
Hands-on experience in program/operations management you won't get from a classroom
Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation
Direct mentorship and visibility with the founder
Paid internship after 3 months, based on performance
Fully remote, flexible hours around your college schedule
Work mode: Remote · 5 days/week · Flexible hours
