📢 We’re Hiring – Application Support Executive
📍 Location: Delhi (Client Site)
Ilex Softhub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Application Support Executive to support an already-running software application at our client’s location in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check tickets and queries received from users.
• Analyze user queries and provide solutions with the help of the support team.
• Attend user calls and understand application-related queries.
• Provide solutions and guide users on application usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day application issues.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team with complete details.
• Coordinate with developers for issue resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach while dealing with clients.
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Basic computer and software application knowledge.
✔ Ability to handle user queries patiently and professionally.
✔ Willingness to work at the client’s location in Delhi.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Application Support / Customer Support / Software Support experience preferred. Fresher/1year
