Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru. The Conference Producer is responsible for end-to-end content development for conferences and events, including researching market trends, identifying timely topics, and designing compelling agendas. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and industry research, writing conference programs, securing high-quality speakers, and coordinating with internal teams on event formats and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure events meet audience needs, drive delegate engagement, and align with commercial goals. The Conference Producer also supports event delivery, including briefing speakers, managing content-related logistics, and gathering feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications
Strong conference production skills, including agenda creation, content planning, and program structuring.
Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify relevant themes, trends, and audience needs.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, speaker coordination, and internal collaboration.
Experience with speaker acquisition and relationship management with industry leaders and subject-matter experts.
Proficiency in event management fundamentals, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to turn research into clear, commercially viable event content.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Previous experience in B2B conferences, events, or publishing is an advantage.
Interest in technology, digital transformation, and business innovation topics is highly beneficial.
