JD: HR Apprentice role
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Identify and recruit high-potential candidates across non-tech business functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
HR Business Partnering
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
Culture & Growth Enablement
• Ensure employees feel valued, supported, and aligned with career paths.
• Promote initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Strategic Collaboration
• Work closely with department heads to understand talent needs and drive HR solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring and retention strategies.
Key skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
Freshers will be eligible.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
