Influencer & Talent Management Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer & Talent Management Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in managing creators, influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, and day-to-day talent management activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing relationships with influencers and exclusive creators.
• Support the team in identifying and shortlisting relevant creators for campaigns.
• Assist with influencer outreach, pitching, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with creators regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, commercials, and timelines.
• Assist in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Follow up with creators for content drafts, approvals, posting, and campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate with brands, agencies, creators, and internal teams.
• Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, and communication records.
• Assist in onboarding new creators and maintaining creator profiles.
• Support the Talent Manager in negotiations and campaign coordination.
• Track campaign status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Research upcoming creators, trends, content formats, and influencer opportunities.
• Assist in preparing creator lists and campaign proposals.
• Support the team with daily reporting and administrative tasks.
• Learn and contribute to influencer marketing and talent management strategies.
Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with creators and brands.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
