Training and Development Specialist

We are looking for experienced professionals who enjoy working with people, communication, learning and leadership development.
This remote position is suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, values flexibility, and is interested in developing their skills within an established global organisation operating in the leadership education sector.
You’ll work with structured systems, established resources and ongoing training while managing your own schedule and daily activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Connecting and communicating with people from a range of professional backgrounds
Having one-to-one conversations with prospective clients
Building rapport and developing professional relationships
Following a structured interview and information process
Supporting people as they explore leadership and professional development programs
Participating in ongoing training and leadership development
Using established digital marketing systems and resources
Managing your own schedule, follow-up and daily activity
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of professional experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with people one-to-one
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Organised and able to manage your own time and follow-up
Open to learning new digital systems and processes
An interest in leadership, learning and professional development
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
Based in the USA or Canada
Previous experience in training, learning and development, education, client engagement, leadership, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing or business development may be helpful, but is not essential.

This is an independent, performance-based position.
It is best suited to experienced professionals looking for greater flexibility and autonomy and who are comfortable being rewarded based on their own results.
This position is not suitable for students.
