Role Description
Apply established program and project management capability across business planning, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing, business development and leadership.
Plan and coordinate multiple business activities, manage priorities and expected outcomes, and monitor progress against objectives. Analyse results and feedback, identify improvement opportunities and refine activities to maintain alignment with business goals.

Plan and coordinate multiple activities, schedules and milestones.
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budgets and outcomes.
Analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Adjust plans and priorities based on results and feedback.
Maintain business, stakeholder and engagement records.
Stakeholder & Business Development
Develop professional stakeholder and client relationships.
Manage enquiries and initial client engagement.
Assess stakeholder needs and determine appropriate next steps.
Plan and execute targeted marketing activities.
Develop market engagement and business growth initiatives.
Apply structured communication and follow-up practices.
Leadership & Development
Apply program leadership and professional judgement to business decisions.
Participate in structured personal and leadership development.
Apply new learning to business planning and stakeholder engagement.
Engage with experienced mentors and an international professional community.
Support others through experience, guidance and leadership.
Take ownership of business priorities, decisions and results.
Qualifications & Experience
Significant project or program management experience.
Strong program management capability across multiple activities and priorities.
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.
Analytical skills to assess performance, trends and improvement opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Commercial awareness and sound independent decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement.
Experience across program management, project delivery, PMO, consulting, governance, transformation or technology is highly relevant.
