Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM i (AS/400 / iSeries) development.
Strong proficiency in COBOL/400 (CBLLE) and RPGLE (including Free-Form RPG).
Experience with CLLE programming and IBM i job control.
Strong knowledge of DB2 for i (DB2/400), SQL, SQLRPGLE, and SQLCBLLE.
Hands-on experience with triggers and stored procedures.
Experience using Rational Developer for i (RDi) or similar IDEs.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with unit testing practices.
Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
