Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support our product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will help shape product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely feature delivery. Experience with Agile processes and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Product Management (Primary Focus)
Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews
Write user stories, product requirements, and clear acceptance criteria
Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
Analyze product usage and post-launch feedback to suggest improvements
Marketing & User Communication
Work with the marketing team on product messaging and positioning
Collaborate on user documentation, product walkthroughs, and release campaigns
Agile Collaboration (Supporting Role)
Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Use Jira or similar tools to track tasks and support sprint execution
Foster a collaborative, process-oriented team environment
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or Agile project roles
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus, not mandatory
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
