We're looking for a Store All-Rounder to build and grow our Tennis Cricket Equipment category. If you're passionate about cricket, enjoy building products, and love taking ownership, this role is for you.
The Challenge
Build the most trusted tennis cricket equipment brand for grassroots cricketers by creating exceptional products, building strong manufacturing partnerships, and scaling the business end-to-end.
You'll own the category like it's your own business.
What You'll Do
Product & Category Management
Define and execute the product roadmap for tennis cricket equipment and accessories.
Identify customer needs and develop products that players love.
Drive product launches, pricing, and category growth.
Vendor & Supply Chain
Build and manage relationships with manufacturing partners.
Lead sourcing, production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
Ensure timely delivery with the right quality and cost.
Business Growth
Own demand forecasting, revenue, and business performance.
Collaborate with marketing to grow the category.
Use customer feedback and data to continuously improve products.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in category management, merchandising, product management, or sports commerce.
Strong understanding of tennis cricket equipment and player needs.
Experience working with manufacturers and vendors.
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from scratch.
