Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Faculty – Commerce & Management to join our academic team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lectures for Commerce and Management subjects.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and other academic resources.
Conduct examinations, tests, quizzes, and assessments as per the academic schedule.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom learning environment.
Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, events, and other academic activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and other institutional initiatives as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
UGC NET/PhD is required.
Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience may apply.
Freshers with the required qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
