What You’ll Actually Do (Beyond the Job Description):
Build and protect a culture that people want to be a part of
Hire smart people (and occasionally deal with very interesting ones)
Call out nonsense when needed — yes, even to leadership
Handle conflicts without turning them into office wars
Make processes smoother without making them robotic
Balance empathy with accountability (this one’s non-negotiable)
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who can complete and close "urgent" hirings on urgent basis
Someone who gets people — not just resumes
Strong communicator (clear, firm, and not afraid)
Zero tolerance for excuses, high tolerance for problem-solving
Can manage pressure without losing their sanity (or humor)
Knows when to be strict and when to just… listen
Bonus Points If You:
Can survive on caffeine and deadlines
Don’t get intimidated by fast-paced, slightly chaotic environments
Believe HR is a strategic function, not a support role
Reality Check:
This is not a slow, cushy HR role.
This is for someone who wants to build, fix, and lead from the front.
