Event Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Production & Operations Specialist who brings strong on-ground experience, creative execution ideas, and an excellent vendor network in NCR. The candidate will support the production team in transforming concepts into reality, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and assisting with cost-effective event setups. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with operational efficiency.
Key Responsiblities:
Production & Execution
● Assist in planning and executing event setups including fabrication, stage, décor, branding, and technical arrangements.
● Convert creative ideas and client concepts into practical, on-ground event setups.
● Research and source innovative materials, props, and installation ideas (POPs) to enhance event experiences.
● Support on-site operations — managing vendors, crew, and logistics to ensure smooth event flow.
● Handle on-ground purchasing and last-minute requirements with efficiency and accountability.
● Coordinate with multiple vendors for lights, sound, AV, fabrication, printing, and logistics.
Research & Creativity
● Research new concepts, designs, and execution methods for live events, exhibitions, and activations.
● Identify trending artists, speakers, performers, and influencers suitable for different event formats.
● Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance event experiences and presentations.
Team & Client Support
● Work closely with senior production and creative teams to execute planned concepts.
● Assist during client visits, venue recces, and pre-production meetings.
● Support in preparing event mock-ups, presentations, and production plans.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, or a related field.
● 4-6 years of experience in event production and operations.
● Strong network of vendors and suppliers in the NCR region.
● Hands-on experience in event setup, fabrication, and on-ground coordination.
● Good understanding of materials, designs, and practical event execution.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and event documentation.
● Willingness to travel and work extended hours as per event schedules.
