About the Role
Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers.
You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through
field sales and engagement.
Compensation
● 7 LPA { 5lpa Fixed + 2lpa Variable + Travel Allowance}
○ For the first 2 months(Probation): 25k + Travel Allowance.
○ Post-probation (full-time) : 7 LPA (5lpa Fixed + 2lpa variable + Travel Allowance)
Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
● Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
● Enroll students into free trial batches
● Convert free users into paid subscribers
● Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Good communication Skills.
Candidate should complete their graduation.
● Male candidates are prefered for this role.
● Willingness to travel and work on the field.
