🔷 Hiring for CA/CMA Fully Qualified– R2R / Record to Report | Chennai
🌙 Shift: Night Shift
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
🎯 Freshers -8 to 9.5 LPA – Fully Qualified CA/CMA only
🎯 2+ years -10 to 13.5 LPA– Fully Qualified CA/CMA only

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery of R2R activities as per client requirements
* Lead and manage the R2R team
💻 Workday ERP experience is preferred
* Handle first-level escalations for process owners and R2R teams
* Review Journal Entries and reconciliations to ensure no aged items
* Monitor process controls, quality and risk mitigation initiatives
* Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities
* Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
* Track service-level metrics and drive performance improvement
