🚀 We are Hiring | Business Development Manager – Client Partnerships

Compensation: ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level business development professional to build and manage customer relationships and act as a bridge between our clients and technical team in AI/ML, Biometrics & Fraud Detection.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, outreach and engage potential B2B/enterprise clients.
Handle client calls, meetings, negotiations and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team for demos, POCs and solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline and drive opportunities towards conversion.
Build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales / Client Partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage customer conversations.
Technology/AI/ML/Biometrics/Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Strong ownership and business-conversion mindset.
