We are looking for a Quality Analyst to monitor back-office operations, conduct quality audits, identify errors, prepare reports, and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits of back-office transactions and processes.
- Identify errors, process deviations, quality gaps and perform root-cause analysis
- Maintain quality audit reports and daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to operations associates.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to improve process quality.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, client guidelines, and company policies.
- Track quality scores and individual/team performance.
- Support process improvement and corrective/preventive action initiatives.
- Escalate critical errors, compliance issues, and recurring process gaps to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer/business information.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quality, Back Office, BPO, Operations, Audit, or Process Quality.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
