Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager/Assistant Product Manager role for the Nepal Division, focused on Gynae and IVF, based in Chennai. The role involves managing the product portfolio, including market analysis, product positioning, and strategy execution for gynecology and IVF-related brands in the Nepal market. The professional in this role will collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to design promotional plans, develop marketing materials, and support field teams with product training and messaging. Key tasks include monitoring product performance, analyzing competitor activities, preparing forecasts, and recommending initiatives to drive market share and revenue growth. The role also requires regular coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with relevant pharma regulations.
Qualifications
Strong product management capabilities, including portfolio management, brand planning, and lifecycle management in pharma (Gynae/IVF experience preferred).
Proficiency in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making for the Nepal or similar international markets.
Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional strategies, campaigns, and training initiatives.
Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance standards, and medical marketing practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or specialization in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
Prior experience in PMT, product management, or assistant product management in pharma, particularly in Gynae/IVF or related therapeutic areas, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and coordinate closely with teams operating in the Nepal Division.
