About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join an established Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project accounting, expense monitoring and financial tracking, with the ability to work closely with project and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage project-wise accounting and financial tracking
• Track projected vs. actual project expenses
• Monitor budgets, expenses and project profitability
• Prepare project-wise cost and expense reports
• Track vendor payments, invoices and project-related costs
• Assist in expense projections and financial planning
• Identify cost overruns and variances and highlight them to management
• Coordinate with project, production and operations teams for financial inputs
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations and MIS reporting
• Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of financial records
What We’re Looking For
✔ CA Inter qualification
✔ Around 5 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Strong understanding of project accounting / project costing
✔ Experience in expense tracking and projections
✔ Good analytical and Excel skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel as required
