Role Description The Senior Boomi Integration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Boomi integrations across enterprise systems. This role involves gathering and analyzing integration requirements, building and optimizing Boomi processes, configuring connectors, and ensuring robust data flows between applications. The specialist will monitor integrations, perform incident analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement performance and security best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, documenting integration designs and standards, supporting deployment activities, and mentoring junior team members on Boomi and related integration patterns. The position also requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations align with business goals and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
Strong Integration skills, including Boomi Integration design, implementation, and management across heterogeneous systems.
Solid Software Development skills, with experience in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML/JSON), and scripting or programming languages relevant to integration projects.
Advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues in complex environments.
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, model data flows, optimize integration architectures, and ensure scalability and reliability.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, document technical solutions clearly, and mentor team members.
Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, connectors (databases, ERP, CRM, cloud applications), and environment management.
Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP systems, or other major business applications.
Understanding of integration patterns (ETL, messaging, pub/sub), security practices (authentication, authorization, encryption), and data governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
