Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Experience in US Sales / International Sales - 1 yrs - 6 yrs
Max CTC - 9 LPA
Job Role: Funding Specialist / US Sales
As a Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients, understanding their financial requirements, presenting suitable lending solutions, building long-term client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets in the US market.
Cold calling
✅ Strong communication and sales skills
✅ Stable employment history
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in International Sales / US Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in financial services, lending, funding, SaaS, or consultative sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
Important Notes:
✅ We are considering only candidates with International Sales experience in their recent/current company.
✅ No employment gaps of more than 3 months in recent employment history.
✅ No Virtual Interviews. This is strictly a Face-to-Face Hiring Drive.
✅ Compensation will be based on Current CTC, interview performance, and overall fitment.
✅ Maximum hike up to 15% on current CTC, subject to interview ratings and management approval.
