We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join the AceGuardian team, focusing on quality, accuracy, and reliability across our poker, AI, and backend systems.
What You’ll Do
Test poker-related products and features using a strong understanding of real-world poker gameplay, strategy, EV, and break-even concepts.
Validate poker solvers and analytical tools such as GTO Wizard, PioSolver, Deepsolver, or similar platforms.
Test AI-driven features and evaluate whether outputs and system behavior make sense in real poker scenarios.
Perform end-to-end testing across UI, API, backend systems, and data flows.
Identify edge cases, gameplay inconsistencies, calculation errors, and system-level issues.
Work closely with engineers, AI researchers, and poker experts to investigate problems and improve product quality.
Build or improve automated testing where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
Strong QA/testing experience, preferably with complex backend, gaming, AI, or data-driven products.
Real poker-playing experience beyond casual/home games — you should genuinely understand how serious poker players think and play.
Solid understanding of poker fundamentals, including EV (Expected Value), break-even calculations, ranges, strategy, and decision-making.
Experience using poker solvers such as GTO Wizard, PioSolver, or similar tools.
Strong API/backend testing skills and ability to investigate technical issues beyond the UI.
Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
Big Advantages
Experience building or maintaining QA automation / automated testing frameworks.
Experience using AI tools beyond basic ChatGPT usage, such as AI coding tools, agents, automation workflows, APIs, or AI-assisted testing.
Previous experience in online poker, iGaming, poker technology, or anti-cheating/security products.
