🐾 We're Hiring — Manager | Arham Always Care, Ghatkopar (Mumbai)
Arham Always Care, under Arham Yuva Seva Group, runs one of India's largest free animal welfare networks — 45+ ambulances and clinics across 25+ cities, offering emergency rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation for community animals, rooted in the principle of Ahimsa.
Our Ghatkopar hospital is growing, and we're looking for someone to run it well — so our doctors can focus on the animals in front of them.
What you'll own
Day-to-day running of the hospital — OPD flow, IPD admissions and discharges, ward and OT scheduling
Staff coordination across veterinarians, paravets, ambulance crew, and support staff, including rosters and attendance
Pharmacy and consumables — stock levels, procurement, vendor management, and cost control
Case records, daily reporting, and MIS for the management team
Coordination with our rescue helpline and ambulance dispatch for incoming emergency cases
Handling donors, visitors, and walk-in public with patience and clarity
Facility upkeep, statutory compliance, and biomedical waste protocols
What we're looking for
Graduate or postgraduate; qualification in hospital / healthcare administration is a plus
3+ years managing a hospital, clinic, or a multi-person operations team
Strong people management — this is a floor role, not a desk role
Comfort with digital systems: records, dashboards, WhatsApp coordination, basic reporting
Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi or Gujarati an advantage
Calm under pressure, and genuine comfort around animals in distress
