Role Description The User Experience Designer will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered designs. The role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to refine interaction patterns, ensure consistency, and align solutions with business and user goals. The UX Designer will participate in design workshops, usability testing, and iterative design reviews, using data and feedback to improve usability and overall experience. Maintaining design documentation, adhering to brand and accessibility guidelines, and contributing to the evolution of Netoyed’s design systems are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills to solve problems through user-centered, iterative design approaches.
Candidates should possess User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and translating insights into design decisions.
Candidates should possess Prototyping skills, with experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools.
Candidates should possess Visual Design skills, including layout, typography, and a solid understanding of design systems and responsive design principles.
Relevant skills such as familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar; knowledge of accessibility standards; and basic understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with a strong portfolio showcasing UX projects, is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
