Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Success Tea Consultants and create strong, engaging visual content that brings our ideas, experiences and brand to life.
You’ll work across social media, campaigns, presentations, workshop-related communication and other marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, creative thinking and communicating people-centric ideas through design.
This role is ideal for someone who can take a simple idea and turn it into a visual that makes people stop, understand and remember.
Key Responsibilities
Create graphics and creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations and marketing initiatives.
Design social media posts, carousels, infographics, banners, event creatives and other digital assets.
Translate concepts around leadership, teamwork, trust, communication, employee engagement and workplace culture into clear and engaging visual content.
Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches.
Create visuals for Success Tea Consultants' workshops, programs, campaigns and corporate communication.
Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, layouts, imagery and visual language.
Experiment with new creative formats, visual storytelling techniques and emerging design trends.
Use AI and design tools to improve ideation, exploration, execution and creative workflows.
Adapt creatives across different platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality creatives within agreed timelines.
Take feedback constructively and refine designs based on business and communication objectives.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, social media or creative environment.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar design software.
Good understanding of social media formats and digital content requirements.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them through clear, visually engaging design.
Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
Interest in leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement or corporate learning is a plus.
Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered creative and design tools and adopting an AI-first approach to ideation and execution.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work with deadlines and incorporate feedback effectively.
The objective is simple: make ideas easier to understand, more interesting to engage with, and harder to forget.
