Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, meeting prospective clients, and presenting suitable property options aligned with their needs and budget. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including property showings, negotiation support, and coordination of closing activities in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating listings, developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials, managing online and offline inquiries, and tracking performance metrics. The role also requires building long-term client relationships, staying informed about local market trends, and representing Feroze’s Estates & Properties with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, corporate partners, and internal teams.
Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive real estate or related market.
Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team performance, share best practices, and contribute to process improvement.
Knowledge of real estate markets in Bengaluru, including property types, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
Comfort with using CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in real estate sales is also valued.
