Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs across digital, social media, branding, and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear and engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn posts, web banners, and financial infographics.
Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, visual guidelines, and consistent brand communication.
Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials.
Convert complex financial data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual content.
Apply strong principles of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
Handle image editing, vector graphics, file formats, resolutions, and print/digital exports.
Develop creative concepts and visual stories aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for creative ideation, image concepts, content refinement, and improving design workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of graphic design and branding principles.
Experience in both digital and print design.
Strong data visualization and infographic design skills.
Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and ability to handle feedback constructively.
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools.
Preferred Profile
A creative professional with a strong design portfolio, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to translate business and financial concepts into compelling visual communication.
