Role: Business Users /Retail user
Gmail account is mandatory.
3-4 hours in a week with 3 months of contract extension possible.
Mandatory Criteria
Active Gmail account
Inbox activity of at least 20 emails per day
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using web-based tools and evaluation platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI-generated search responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and usefulness
Assess whether responses are properly grounded in retrieved content and supported by reliable evidence
Review search results to determine whether retrieved content effectively satisfies user intent
Analyze retrieval quality and identify opportunities to improve search performance
Evaluate translation quality, multilingual search behavior, and language-specific response accuracy where applicable
Provide clear, concise, and evidence-based rationales for evaluation decisions
Use evaluation tools, dashboards, and feedback platforms to document findings and recommendations
Collaborate within established quality frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistent assessments
Fluency in at least one of the below languages is required
Spanish
German
French
Portuguese
Italian
