Role Overview
We are looking for a full time senior graphic designer who can lead visual storytelling for multiple client brands. This role covers social media creatives campaign design brand identity work and website visuals. You will work closely with the content and strategy teams to translate ideas into strong visual work and will help guide the creative direction of junior designers on the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design execution for social media posts carousels and campaign creatives across client brands
Develop and maintain visual identity systems for new and existing clients
Translate content and campaign briefs into polished on brand designs
Design website assets and landing page visuals as needed
Review and guide the work of junior designers to maintain quality and consistency
Stay updated on design trends across platforms and bring fresh visual ideas to client work
Collaborate closely with the social media and content team on creative direction
Requirements
Min. 1 year of experience in graphic design preferably in an agency or company handling multiple brands
Strong portfolio showing range across social media branding and digital design
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Figma
Strong sense of typography layout and colour
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Experience mentoring or reviewing junior designers is a plus
