Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage employee and candidate referrals to generate quality talent leads.
Conduct process-specific talent mapping and headhunting for niche roles.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and successful joining.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
Eligibility:
Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing/completed MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, BA, B.Com, or equivalent.
Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
