We are looking for an experienced AI ML Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience, Chennai .

Must-Have Skills
Artificial Intelligence – Strong understanding of AI concepts, architectures, and enterprise AI solutions
Python – Strong hands-on programming experience
LLM (Large Language Models) – Experience working with LLM-based applications and solutions
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines
Agentic AI – Experience building AI agents, agent workflows, tool/function calling, and multi-step orchestration
Machine Learning – Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model development, evaluation, and deployment
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
Architect and develop LLM-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions.
Design and implement RAG-based solutions, including document ingestion, retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and response generation.
Design Agentic AI workflows using AI agents, tools, memory, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning patterns.
Develop AI/ML components using Python.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements.
Define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.
Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to drive AI initiatives.
Establish best practices around model evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG quality, scalability, and responsible AI.
Guide development teams in implementing AI/ML solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges.
Stay updated with emerging LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
