Head Manager

Role Description The Head Manager role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and community engagement aspects of Ba Dekh Rahi Hai. This role includes coordinating programs and workshops, managing partnerships with schools and organizations, and guiding campaigns that promote food literacy and public health. The Head Manager will lead and mentor team members, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and aligned with the organization’s mission. Day-to-day tasks involve planning initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, handling stakeholder communication, and supporting content and outreach efforts across digital and offline channels. The role also requires maintaining high standards of ethical practice, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity in all activities.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as public health, social sciences, management, or communications) or equivalent experience is preferred.
